Air sealing and insulation are one job here

In a windy climate, sealing the air leaks and insulating aren’t two separate decisions — they’re two halves of the same job, and spray foam does both in one application. Our Attic Spray Foam & Air Sealing flagship goes deep on why. Which foam you need depends on the space: open-cell for cost-effective sealing and coverage over large areas, closed-cell where you also need moisture control or maximum R-value in a tight space — especially on metal buildings and in crawl spaces.

How the estimate works

Every job starts the same way, and it’s free: we come to the property and read it in person. We look at the attic, the walls, the crawl space, or the metal building, figure out where the air and heat are getting in, and check what prep the job needs — including whether old insulation has to come out first. Then we tell you what’s happening and lay out the right-sized fix with a written scope before any work starts. We don’t quote foam over the phone and we don’t run high-pressure sales; an honest number depends on the space, the product, and the access.

The question that decides everything

If a spray foam assessment came down to one question, it’s this: where is this building actually losing the fight — conduction, air leakage, or moisture — and which foam solves it best? A hot attic and a sweating metal shop are different problems with different answers, and matching the product to the problem is the whole skill. We answer that first, on site, and build the scope around it. It’s also the question a commodity “so-many-inches-for-so-many-dollars” quote never bothers to ask.

So while we list seven services, most buildings get a focused combination — seal the attic, handle the crawl space or the metal shell, address the walls where it counts — sized to that one question. The skill isn’t in any single service; it’s in reading the building and choosing the right mix, which is exactly what the free estimate is for.
